Blind Tiger Organic Mandarin Gin uses the same botanical base as our Rare Gin carefully blended with distillations of organic mandarins grown in the sun-drenched Riverland of South Australia by the Howie family at Fat Goose Fruits. The organic mandarins were peeled and divided into two parts: one-third of the peel soaked in organic spirit overnight and distilled the next day, while the remaining two-thirds were air-dried above the historic pot stills at the St Agnes Distillery. The resulting blend is then sweetened with organic sugar to make a liqueur style gin.
It is an explosion of exotic botanicals infused with intense mandarin aromas coming through mid-palate with a refreshing juicy citrus finish to create the perfect gin to serve neat over ice, with soda or in a Gin and Fever Tree Aromatic Tonic, with a twist of orange peel and sliced mandarin segments, for that extra level of flavour and excitement.
