Sourced form Estate Grown fruit. Low cropping resulted in deep colour preserved by gentle fermentation in open fermenters. Wine matured in French oak hogsheads for 12 months.
Intense ripe fruit & white pepper aromas leap from the glass. The palate has excellent depth of flavor, with spice, berries & vanilla oak balanced on the palate, finishing with smooth tannins. A delightful cool climate Mornington Peninsula Shiraz.
